  • Are Roller Shutters secure?

Roller Shutters are one of the most popular security options available. Our Roller Shutters are made from the highest quality materials, ensuring they are strong, durable and provide maximum security. Our bespoke manufacturing service means they will fit perfectly.

  • How long will it take before my Roller Shutter is installed?

It really depends on the product, but from confirmation of your order, it typically takes 2-4 weeks before your Roller Shutter is installed. Before you order, we will always give you a delivery date estimate and keep you updated every step of the way.

  • How do I clean my Roller Shutters?

Cleaning your Roller Shutter is a very simple task. Warm, soapy water and a sponge to wipe away the surface grime will do the trick. It is advisable not to use an excessive amount of water and to dry it as much as possible to help prevent corrosion.

  • Are your Roller Shutters higher quality compared to cheaper alternatives available?

Yes, our roller shutters are made from quality sourced materials. It is important to us that we use only the most reliable and trusted brands and that our suppliers are the best of the best! We very much believe in the old saying 'You buy cheap - you buy twice!' Due to experience over the years, we have come across so many common problems that arise with the cheaper/cheaply made doors and our reputation means too much to us to be associated with them. We are often called out to carry out repairs on doors we have not installed ourselves, so it can be interesting, although not surprising when we come across the same issues so often, from particular brands/manufacturers.

  • Do I have much choice of colours?

Our roller shutters come in a wide range of colours so you will not be short of options for deciding the perfect colour for you. There is something to suit every taste and style of home or business premises. There are different shades available in each colour, for example; pale green, leaf green and chartwell green or mid-grey, light grey and anthracite grey. They can come in either a smooth or textured finish and there a further options available such as having vision slats for extra light. You can Contact us to discuss colours or alternatively if you book a free survey, our engineer can leave you a brochure so that you can look through the various colour options until you decide on your favourite! If a specific colour you wanted is not in the brochure or you have a RAL code that is not featured as one of our standard colours, do still enquire and we will check with our suppliers to find a match.
